* Article 1 , Article 2, Articlel 3

One great product of the project team of Sibiu was the development of a book concerning the use of renewable energy. This is tremendous especially due to the fact, that renewable energy has not been very famous in Romania up to now.

It was a good amendment for the school which is awarded in the area of environmental management (EMAS).

4 Evaluation of the project

Analysis of project work of students based on feedback of all partners

Analysis of task management:
In general the task description was to open for students. Due to that fact it causes problems of comprehension. After additional explanations the students were able to solve the problems. The Level of the tasks was considered appropriate.

The prerequisites for the work were considered sufficient.

Student teams recommended to foster communication among all teams to improve motivation and efficiency.

Second phase of the project 2007 - 2009

Dissemination

The dissemination of the project results embraced as well meetings as presentations, articles and the involvement of further partners.

Firstly some words about further partners. In Hamburg is a technical vocational college that has good connections to Africa. One colleague of that school, Herbert Brockmann, organised a project that deals with the set up of a solar panel in Tnasania to enlight a hospital on site. The colleagues provided information about that project to show how renewable energies could become a subject in school and how school could contribute to spread renewables into developing countries. You will find more information on our pages concerning best practise.

In Finland the college RAOL started a collaboration with ECOCEM, a plant as well for electricity supply based on waste burning as for the production of electricity based on biomass. ECOCEM provides guided tours through the plant and presentations for furher information about all technologies.

Romania published articles and performed presentaton for meetings of local authorities. And the team of Romania started collaborations with local companies.

Products

During the project a lot of products have been developed. Core products were the three websites, the European one, the Romanian and the Finish site. The European site was a joint activity of all partner. The regional sites were coordinated during the meetings.Beyond these sites Romania produced a new school form concerning renewables. Thta was integrated into the 9th grade.

Hamburg has developed a new course oncerning renewables that is integrated into the vocational education of industrial clerks. The next step will be to make additional skills of these contents.

Furthermore Hamburg developed two additional projects - these were "Qualification Modul Energy Consultancy for estate agents" and "Fifty-Fifty junior". Both wer positioned in programmes with financial grants.

Romania produced three books about renewables. These are available from Grup Scolar Industrial Energetic. One of these books about the test an evaluation was transfered to the internet. It is available as software for students.

The new courses were orientated on requirements of EQF. That means we developed standards for competence description aligned with the Euroean guidlines.

The standards will be available in the end of the project.

And all partners developed special standards for task descriptions in lign with requirements of competence learning.

Evaluation

All partners agreed on feedback on metings as one kind of evaluation. The second is a questionnaire provided to associates like companies and partners.

The third form was the external evaluation by the local authority of Hamburg for City development and environmental affairs. They accompanied several projects of vocational colleges by sort of controlling. The results were published in the Hamburger Aktionsplan, available via http://www.uport-hh.de . Unfortunately it is only in German available.
